About Homefield
Our Story
We know that running a youth sports league isn't always easy! Most leagues rely on parent volunteers who have families, jobs, businesses, and children with other interests, and yet are dedicated to making the time to volunteer. And all for the love of the game and a common goal of ensuring youth sports is an option within their communities.
The folks at HomeField, a division of Jen Oliver Productions, work with over 200 leagues ranging in size from 200 to 6,000 players (totaling over 150,000!). For years now, league volunteers have expressed to us the many hardships they face: too little time and too little help, inaccessible info, infrequent board meetings, redundant efforts, high volunteer turn-over with minimum instruction to new volunteers, and the list goes on.
